The Pathankot issue has put the Pak-India peace ties at risk. It was heard that Pak-India ties could become better after Narendra Modi’s visit to Pakistan. This vision is somehow contradictory. Narendra Modi visited Afghanistan before coming to Pakistan. He gave a statement while giving his speech in Kabul that terrorism should be exterminated across the borders for maintaining peace in Afghanistan. This statement clearly shows that he blamed Pakistan for spreading terrorism in the region. Similarly, after Pathankot attack, India alleged Pakistan for the cause of terrorist attacks in its country. It blamed Jaish-e-Muhammad for the attack of Pathankot. The issue of Pathankot will create a rift in between India and Pakistan. Actually, this is not a sole cause of the troubled relations of India and Pakistan. India does not want to build any peace ties with Pakistan. These blame games show that India wants to tag Pakistan as a terrorist country at the international forum. Now India has got one more reason to drag Pakistan in the court of terrorism.

What has Pakistan got to do with the Pathankot incident?. It is an internal affair of India. Why should be the Govt. bothered at all.
It is getting invoved in a quagmire for nothing.
