Mughal era jewelry on display at Ensemble

A wide collection of exquisite jewelry items featuring Mughal era patterns and motifs was put on display here Monday for the jewelry and fashion lovers of federal city.

The two-day show carried eye-catching designs, both precious and semi-precious material exploring the Royal and Mughal designs through combining them with contemporary expressions.

The Lahore based designer of the jewelry, Ahmad Haroon Khan, known with A. K. Khan, having many exhibition of jewelry in the federal city to his credit, told APP, “I have experience of arranging my jewelry exhibition for last 16 to 18 years throughout the country.”

“My recent collection offers most exquisite designs of silver with 24 karat gold formation, having exclusive and contemporary museum pieces replica. The jewelry items include earrings, bangles, finger rings, necklaces, bridal full sets, with the price range starting from Rs. 12000 to Rs. 117000,” he said.

The exhibition is being displayed at Ensemble, Street 48, F-8/4 next to China Town Restaurant.
