Metro bus services was suspended on Monday morning after blind persons staged a protest on the track of the bus as a mark of protest for what they said government’s apathy towards their demands.
They stopped the Lahore metro bus services and sat on roads while no government officials approach there to negotiate with them.
Blind people’s spokesperson said that Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah had made promises to fulfill our demands but he did not do so.
They demanded the government to give three per cent quota to them in government jobs.
