The police have issued orders that all private residential colonies in the Rawalpindi city should install CCTV cameras and deploy security guards for security and safety.
CPO Israr Abbasi has directed all SSPs and DSPs to ensure that private security system be put in place in all private residential colonies. The police officers have also been directed to get in touch with traders to install security system to ensure security of markets and commercial areas.
It has also been directed that only one entry and exit point be allowed in all colonies.
