Higher Education Commission (HEC) has issued No Objection Certificate (NOC) for establishment of first Women University (WU) in federal capital.
The cost of proposed WU in Islamabad has been estimated at over Rs 1.19 billion. Rs 100 million were allocated for this project in the budget for the fiscal year 2015-16 but these funds have not been released so far.
Central Development Working Party (CDWP) accorded approval on 19 November 2014 to upgrade Islamabad Mode College for Women to WU and had sanctioned Rs 1.19 billion in this regard.
This project is likely to be delayed due to non release of allocated funds from the government. The total cost of project may increase if the work is not started on time.
The process for obtaining charter of first WU in Islamabad is underway.
This will probably help students to analyze more of the academic programs which are gonna help them in their entire career and also for the future and hopefully will proved to be much better. nursing research problem statement examples
