Unidentified armed motorcyclists gunned down one person here on Sunday and escaped the scene.
Police said that unidentified miscreants sprayed a man with bullets on Jamrud Road near Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH), Peshawar, killing him on the spot and fled the scene.
The body was moved to a hospital and the police conducted a search operation for the murderers in vain.
Reasons behind the murder could not be ascertained, however, the police after registering a case against unidentified culprits at respective police station have started investigation.
