Three alleged suspects were arrested after a police encounter within the limits of Gulistan-e-Johar on Monday.
According to sources, the encounter took place near the Gulistan-e-Johar roundabout.
A police team reached the spot after they received information about a robbery at a mobile phone shop. The armed men opened fire, which led to an encounter.
In retaliatory action, the police injured two suspects and arrested one that was wounded.
The police recovered arms and stolen goods from their possession.
