A teenage girl was allegedly shot dead by her father in Korangi area over unknown reasons on Saturday.
According to the SSP Korangi, 17-year-old Khadija was gunned down by her father Ajab Khan at her residence in Nasir Jump area.
The body was brought to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medico-legal formalities.
The motive behind the killing could not be ascertained till the filing of this report. Police have registered a case and investigation is in progress.
