A woman has committed suicide by swallowing poisonous pills within the Pirwadhai police jurisdiction after a man refused to marry her.
Mohammad Zaheer, a resident of Pirwadhai, lodged a complaint with local police that his daughter, Sundus, committed suicide after Qadeer refused to marry her after he reneged from his commitment to marry her.
The police shifted the body to a local hospital for medico legal formalities before handing it over to the family for burial.
The police have registered a case and started investigation
