Two men were shot and wounded in separate incidents in the metropolis on Monday.
According to rescue sources, Ali Hassan, 35, son of Jaffar was shot and injured by unidentified armed men in Kharadar area’s Khajoor Bazaar. He was rushed to the Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for treatment.
In another incident, 41-year-old Muhammad Jamal, son of Iqbal, was hurt after being shot by unidentified gunmen on Maripur Road. He was also shifted to the CHK for treatment.
Body found: A mutilated body was recovered from Baldia Town area on Monday. According to rescuers, the body was found near Naval Bridge. The victim bore torture marks on his body. However identity of the victim could not be ascertained till the filing of this report.
