Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday said a parliamentary security committee should be constituted to ensure proper implementation and monitoring of the National Action Plan (NAP).
He expressed these views during his visit to the Parliament House where senior leaders of the PPP – Sherry Rehman and Aitzaz Ahsan, Saeed Ghani, Qamar Zaman Kaira – welcomed him.
Talking to reporters, the PPP chief said that the parliament would have to exercise its supremacy to resolve public problems, adding that the parliament would have to extend its full support to the government in order to root out the menace of terrorism.
