Islamabad Online A man has allegedly been tortured and beaten with clubs by assailants over a property dispute within the Golra police jurisdiction. Liaquat Ali, a resident of E-11/1, lodged a complaint with the local police that Zafar, Zaman and seven other persons turned up at his property, attacked him with clubs and injured him. According to the complainant, the attackers have warned him of dire consequences. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
