Four Pakistanis deported by Turkey arrived home here on Thursday and detained by Anti-Human Trafficking Cell (AHTC).
The Pakistanis deported from Turkey were identified as Iqbal, Nasir Ali, Muhammad Ali and Junaid. The immigration authorities after confirmation of nationality allowed the returnees to come out of the plane.
The deportees were taken into custody by Anti-Human Trafficking Cell and they were being interrogated.
It should be mentioned that earlier many foreign nationals deported from different countries over illegal stay were sent to Pakistan without confirming their nationality after which the Interior Ministry took the notice and refused to accept any individual without confirmation of his nationality whether he is Pakistani or not.
