Three death row convicts hanged

 

As many as three death row convicts have been sent to gallows in different prisons of Punjab.

Mazhar Hussain, who was convicted for murdering his father-in-law, and Dilawar, who killed two persons over land dispute in Chakwal, was hanged in Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi.

Naveed, who was convicted for killing his brother-in-law in 2002 over domestic issue, was also sent to gallows in district Jail Attock. The bodies were handed over to heirs after medico-legal formalities.
