Steeped in corruption

The so-called political parties centred in dynastic policies with the aim of perpetuating their rule based on amassing wealth to fund their elections hang like a millstone around the neck of Pakistan. The system is so rotten that the two main parties accuse each other of horrendous crimes of loot and plunder without any fear of accountability whatsoever. The scions of leaders ensure to rule over the ignorant masses by using power of media to sing their praises.

The abuse of powers to play with the national assets reminds one of absolute rulers of the past like the Pharaohs of Egypt who misled their people who followed them under despotic rule. So much so that Allah Almighty had to act with whole scale destruction of rulers by drowning them in floods or sea. These days there is no whole scale destruction of rulers but a process of slow attrition takes them to ultimate destruction. Their shortsighted policies ultimately lead them to economic collapse vacating the leadership to better persons. They scarcely realise that they are building their nests on weak branches but are blinded by ruthless pursuit of corruption and gobbling national funds with abandon as if it is their birth right to plunder national resources till their nemesis overtakes them but no one learns from history.
