Followers of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) have started to make arrangements for Eid Milad un Nabi which will be on 24 Dec, with great enthusiasm.
Residents of Rawalpindi city have started illuminating their houses, streets and buildings with colourful buntings, banners and fancy lights like the whole country to show their love and respect to the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
The stalls carrying buntings, banners, badges, stickers and flags inscribed with slogans of respect and reverence to Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) are being set up in various localities of the city. Large banners and big bill boards are being displayed at different entrance point of streets and main roads across the city
Mosques, Public buildings, Plazas, homes and offices are being illuminated; in addition to this a number of ‘Naat’ and processions programmes are being chalked out to celebrate the birth. Thousands of the lovers have started finalizing their Naat programmes to pay tributes.
People of different areas including Dhoke ratta, committee Chowk, Chungi 22, Waris Khan Banni Chowk, Jhanda chichi, Lalkurti, Adyala road, Khayban-e-Sir Syed, Chuur Chowk, Satellite town, Waris Khan have started preparations to organize the ceremonies in a befitting manner.
