As if fans weren’t already blown away by Shah Rukh Khan, here is another piece of news which will take everyone’s excitement to a whole new level.

SRK has revealed that he has plans to remake hit American TV show Breaking Bad but as a film.

In a recent interview with The Indian Express, SRK said that he has been considering to bring the popular TV series to India. Not only that, but it would be bigger than expected as it will hit the silver screen.

“I want to make it into a movie,” revealed SRK. “As a series, it is too evolved to come on Indian television. The Indian audience won’t be accepting of meth, drugs and the mafia. But the story of a man who is going to die and takes a chance to save his family is a good premise for a feature film,” he explained.

The actor is in talks with the makers of Breaking Bad to buy rights to the crime drama. “I have asked some people who have said that they would get me the rights. I am at that age when it will be interesting to take up such a role,” he said.

The show originally aired on the AMC network for five seasons. The lead role of Walter White was played by Bryan Cranston, who is a struggling high school chemistry teacher diagnosed with cancer. In the quest of leaving his family with enough money, he turns to a criminal life.

When asked who would be the superstar’s choice to play Walter, SRK said, “Great films don’t work without me, darling!”

SRK fans were ecstatic but the same couldn’t be said for Breaking Badfans. There was some trolling too:
