The Supreme Court Bar Association has approached a parliamentary committee for a meeting this week to discuss the appointment of adhoc judge’s issue.
Pakistan Bar Council and SCBA have also decided to highlight adhoc judges’ appointment issue in a full court reference and present their point of view on the issue to the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
President of SCB Ali Zafar told Online that they have contacted the parliamentary committee to allocate time for a meeting to discuss the issue. He said all institutions should work as per the law.
