14 federal secretaries under investigation for massive irregularities

Investigations have kicked off against 14 federal secretaries allegedly involved in corruption of billion rupees in Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif regime.

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) are probing mega corruption against these top bureaucrats.

The investigations were started against these officials after complaints made by difference sources.

According to documents obtained by Online, NAB is probing corruption case against Secretary Interior Shahid Khan who allegedly has been allotted a plot worth of millions rupees at National Police Foundation Islamabad reserve for quota of Shuhada (martyrs).

Secretary for Petroleum Arshad Mirza has also been investigated for allegedly corruption worth of billions rupees in PSO and LNG projects.

Secretary commerce and chief of trading corporation have been probed for corruption of Rs. 1 billion in sugar scandal.

Secretary Finance Tariq Bajwa has been alleged for giving favour to culprits involved in Tax fraud.

Secretary Communication Shahid Ashraf Tarar is in grip of investigation authorities for alleged corruption in NHA.

Secretary Information Azam Khan has been investigating for releasing Rs. 540 million.

Secretary Health Ayub Sheikh was questioned by FIA in various corruption cases.

Secretary Civil Aviation Muhammad Ali Gardezi in being probed for financial scandal in Islamabad airport.

Secretary Food and Agriculture Sirat Hasnain are under investigation for Rs. 10 billon in wheat scandal.

Secretary housing and works is being interrogated for illegal allotments in Baharah Koh Housing Scheme.

MD, PSO Imran Sheikh is also been investigating for alleged corruption in state-run department.
