At least one person died and 12 others were wounded when a passenger bus fell into a deep gorge here on Saturday.
Police said that a Muzaffarabad bound passenger bus coming from Sharda area of Neelum Valley in Azad Jammu and Kashmir skidded off the road and plunged into deep ravine in Changan area resulting in the death of one person on the spot and leaving 12 others seriously wounded.
Pakistan Army personnel reached the scene of the accident and helped in the rescue operation. The body and injured were shifted to hospital in Dhodial.
Police said that the accident took place due to reckless driving and poor condition of the road.
