Election Commission of Pakistan on Wednesday sought detailed report from NADRA and issued notices to election commissioners of Punjab, Lahore district and Ayaz Saddiq in alleged voter transfer of NA 122 case.
A five-member bench of ECP headed by Chief Election Commissioner Sardar Raza Khan was hearing the application of PTI about votes transfer in NA 122 constituency.
During the hearing PTI leader Alim Dar who faced defeat in NA 122 constituency Lahore appeared before the bench and submitted evidences of vote transfer.
The election commission then issued notices to Punjab election commissioner, district election commissioner and NA speaker Ayaz Saddiq and sought detailed report from NADRA in the next hearing on 18 December.
