Union Council Chairman Waseem Lashari of the PML-N and his accomplices allegedly chopped off the nose and an ear of an 80-year-old man for not voting in his favour in Jampur on Wednesday.
Sonhara, the victim, had not voted in favor of the PML-N candidate who nurtured a grudge against him. On the day of the incident, they cut off his nose and ear. He was shifted to Nishtar Hospital, Multan.
The police have not arrested the accused despite registering the case.
