Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to launch an operation against land grabbers in two localities of the federal capital.
CDA’s Directorate of Enforcement will launch the operation on December 15 with heavy machinery to re-capture government land from encroachers in Jaba Teli and Pindorian areas.
Ministries of Interior Affairs and Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) have been apprised in this regard.
CDA Spokesperson Ramzan Sajid said they had written to Islamabad Police to provide police personals to defuse any untoward incident.
SP, SDP, and SHO Chak Shehzad police station will join the operation, if required rangers will assist in the operation. The operation would be carried out in the presence of Assistant Commissioner and the Magistrate.
