Islamabad Police have arrested 10 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered gold ornaments, two pistols along with ammunition and stolen property from their possession, a police spokesman said.
According to details, Kohsar police arrested accuse Ishrat Zaib and recovered one 9mm pistols along with ammunition. Golra police arrested accused Namrose and recovered one 30 bore illicit pistol along with ammunition from him.
Noon police arrested accused Nasir involved in car theft.
CIA police team arrested a lady, Gulshan bibi, and recovered gold ornaments from her. Cases have been registered against these nabbed and further investigation is underway. Meanwhile seven professional alm-seekers were also arrested and action has been initiated against them.
SSP Islamabad Sajid Kiani has appreciated this overall performance and directed all police officials to ensure effective policing measures in the city and curb activities of anti-social elements.
