Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has summoned a meeting of the Ministry of Development, Planning and Reform on December 8 to assess the overall performance of different ministries in the last two-and-a-half-year.
Official sources told Online that senior officials of different ministries will give detailed briefings about the performance of their respective ministries over the last years.
According to the sources ministers with poor performance of their ministries were likely to face the music after the evaluation report was presented the premier.
The sources said that economics experts, government officials and advisers will also give their input during the meeting on Tuesday.
The sources said that the prime minister was not satisfied with the performance of some ministries and some of his cabinet members.
