An Accountability Court (AC) on Wednesday postponed hearing of the asset reference case filed against former President Asif Ali Zardari, till 9 December.
According to details, the prosecution witness Ahmed Jawad Mirza, did not appear before the court of Judge Khalid M Ranjha, for recording his statement regarding the case.
The court issued warrants to prosecution witness to ensure his presence on next date of hearing.
The Investigation officer National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Qamar Shahzad, has already recorded his statement in the asset reference case.
