Pillion riding has been banned across Punjab under the Section 144 to maintain law and order situation on the eve of Chehlum of Hazrat Iman Hussain (RA).
According to Punjab Home Department, the ban has been imposed due to the Checlum and urs of Data Ganj Bakhsh.
The ban will remain effective till December 3.
