A man has allegedly tortured a police constable within the Koral police jurisdiction.
Asghar Ali, a police constable, lodged a complaint with the local police that Sodaghar Hussain assaulted and tortured him, tearing off his uniform while attempting to snatch his gun, when he was stopped while a VIP motorcade was passing by.
The police have registered a case and started investigation.
