At least two robbers were killed in an encounter with police here on Saturday.
According to sources in the police, the law enforcement agencies arrived at Rustam Chowk after receiving information of dacoits robbing citizens.
The robbers opened firing at the cops. In the cross firing, two robbers were injured. They succumbed to their injuries on the way to the hospital.
Their bodies were shifted to Mayo Hospital morgue.
