Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that people have reposed confidence in the policies of government by voting in favour of PML (N) in local government elections.
Talking to newsmen here on Saturday, he said the sit-in politics of Imran Khan has been rejected by the people. Rafique said the government will overcome the energy crisis by 2018.
To a question, he said Pakistan has no objections over playing a cricket series with India. He, however, said India should review its anti-Pakistan policies, adding that war is not in the interest of the two countries. He said minorities are safe in Pakistan and enjoying their rights.
Worry about Railways Mr Saad. All know what an outstanding politician you are. More than a dozen people died in Quetta last week in a Rail accident and the Engine drivers in Baluchistan have gone on strike – apparently protesting against faulty Engines causing accidents.
