Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has handed over the persons accused in case of kidnapping and killing a child Mohsin for ransom to police on seven days physical remand.
Sadiq Abad police on Tuesday presented in the court Waheed Ahmad and Zeeshan Ahmad accused in kidnapping and killing for ransom a child Mohsin resident of Dhok Kala Khan.
Police requested the court to grant physical remand of the accused for investigation. The court accepted the plea and remanded them to police custody for seven days. The hearing of the case was adjourned till 1 December.
