At least three soldiers were killed in a remote controlled bomb attack on Sunday.
Sources said that unknown extremists targeted a vehicle of security forces in Torwam area of South Waziristan Agency (SWA) with a remote controlled explosive device.
The vehicle was badly damaged in the blast resulting in death of three soldiers on the spot.
Security forces cordoned off the area after the attack and conducted a search operation in the area but no arrest was made.
