A merciless man threw his three children in a canal and presented himself for arrest at police station.
Police said accused hailing from Mangat area of Mandi Bahauddin took his three kids ranging between six to 12 years to a canal and pushed them into the gushing water. He later appeared in the police station and confessed the heart wrenching crime.
Police said the accused was mentally disturbed due to poverty which led to domestic disputes and ultimately ended up with irreversible tragedy. The search for the bodies of the children was in progress.
The police after registering a case against the culprit have started an investigation.
