The Interior Ministry has decided to file a reference against an airline that brought back Pakistanis deported by Greece without permission.
It has also been decided that in future the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) will clear the passengers coming to Pakistan by this airline.
According to details, Pakistan had suspended the agreement with the European Union a few days back about deportation of Pakistanis and it was made mandatory that Pakistan would be informed in advance about any such action.
The Interior Ministry had made it clear that it would not receive Pakistanis deported without advance information and orders were issued that such aircrafts should not be allowed to land on Pakistani territory.
The sources said that the other day Greece deported some Pakistani through a normal flight of United Arab Emirates and it has been decided to file a reference against it for bringing passengers without proper checking.
