A couple was shot dead over karo kari in the metropolis on Saturday.
According to rescue sources, a girl and a boy were shot dead in Behram Goth area of Surjani Town for allegedly having illicit relations. The bodies were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JMPC) for medico-legal formalities.
Police sources said a man Muttaqi gunned down his daughter and her alleged paramour in Teesar Town area and fled the scene. However, further probe was under way.
