Pakistan at frontline in war on terror: Khawaja Asif

Federal Minister for Defence Khawaja Asif has said Pakistan is at frontline in the ongoing war against terrorism and it suffered more than any other country of the world in this regard.
Talking to the media here on Sunday, Khawaja Asif expressed deep grief and sorrow over what happened in France where 129 innocent citizens were massacred by terrorists. He condoled with the bereaved families and wished early recovery of the wounded people.
He said Pakistani nation and security forces have rendered matchless sacrifices in war on terrorism as over 50,000 Pakistani nationals were martyred in acts of terrorism.
The defence minister said that terrorism was not limited to any country or region and it has spread across the globe. He urged entire global community for joint efforts to curb the menace of terrorism and extremism.
