In one of her relatively rare tweets since she got divorced, former national bhabhi Reham Khan has blamed the occult for her split with Imran Khan.
Her words: The Quran states that the fundamental reason why Iblees taught people black magic was in order to cause separation between husband & wife.
Her former husband – the doctor, not the former captain – appeared on TV by phone line the other day, where he said that it is she who is the one who is full of witchcraft. He meant that figuratively, of course, not literally. Though from Reham’s tweet, it seemed that she actually meant magic.

Opponents of the PML-N in the Punjab had a field day recently, when rumours started doing the rounds that the PFA’s firebrand chief Ayesha Mumtaz was in hot water because she had the audacity to raid a dairy company owned by Hamza Shehbaz Sharif.
The opposition, which earlier had to begrudge the praise that the League was getting on this front, were quick to capitalise on the situation and screamed murder.
The lady threw a spanner in the works of their celebrations by releasing a video from Brussels, where she is attending an international food safety conference, that the rumours were all false.
As the province’s chief food inspector, perhaps she should now start inspecting all the egg on the face of the rumour-mongerers.
