One would think Bollywood’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan, who has launched numerous actors in tinsel town, would be busy receiving calls from actresses to cast them alongside the handsome hunk himself. But turns out, it’s not true.

According to Pinkvilla, Salman Khan has confessed that he does not receive calls from actresses. “No. I don’t get a single call. Did you hear my phone ring since the time we were sitting here? I don’t get one call,” said the actor.

The megastar is currently set to release Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, opposite Sonam Kapoor and has worked with almost every Bollywood diva including his ex Katrina Kaif.

When asked if he would be comfortable doing a film with Katrina, he said,” If something nice comes up, I will definitely work with Katrina. She is lovely. She is looking her best right now.”

There has been much speculation about the female lead in his next film, Sultan, and Salman was more than happy to entertain that question.

“We have to see who will fit the role best. The requirement is for a Delhi girl. She will also play a wrestler; she has to be a strong. It doesn’t matter whether she is already a star or it’s a new girl. She just has to look the part. Sultan is a love story, so whoever will play the leading lady should have that quality, she has to be convincing in that role,” he said.

Rumours about the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star’s wedding with his Romanian friend Iulia Vantur really caught the media’s attention. Salman cleared the air.

“So many times such pointless rumours have been spread like; I gifted somebody a three-bedroom apartment, or a lavish car. The reason the news was picked up was because Iulia’s friend whose name is also Lulia, was wearing a ring. She gave that ring to Iulia to wear and suddenly it went viral.

“But Iulia cleared it out and told the media that it was her friend’s ring and there’s no engagement. I was least bothered about the engagement rumours and didn’t stop them. I thought, ‘what difference does it make?’” he added.

Earlier, there were numerous reports of Salman and Aamir having a fall-out at Aamir’s party, but Salman denied all such hearsay.

When asked how he would celebrate his 50th birthday next month, he said, “Nothing. I am not doing anything on my birthday this time. I am turning 27 you know, I’m a young man. 27 is just perfect.”
