Four killed, two injured in different incidents

 

Four people were killed and two others injured in road accidents on Sunday.

Hamza, 24, son of Maroof, died on the spot when his motorcycle skidded off the road while over-speeding near Karsaz Bridge, within the jurisdiction of Ferer Police Station. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for an autopsy.

The body of an unidentified drowned man was found near McDonald’s restaurant in Seaview area. It was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Hospital (JPMC) for an autopsy.

A man, Muhammad Sharif, 55, son of Muhammad Hussein, was killed when an elevator fell on him during work at a towel factory near Badar roundabout in Orangi town. He hailed from Mominabad. The body was shifted to JPMC for an autopsy.

A teenage boy Moiz, 13, son of Nisar, died near Liaquatabad when a kite string cut his throat while he was on his motorcycle along with his father. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for an autopsy.

Two brothers, Ali, 24 and Faizan, 26, son of Saqib, were injured when an unidentified speeding vehicle hit them while crossing the road near Drigh Road in Shah Faisal colony area. They were shifted to JPMC for treatment.
