Belarusian PM due in Islamabad today

Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov will arrive in Islamabad today (Monday) on a three-day official visit to Pakistan.

This will be the first ever visit by a Belarusian prime minister to Pakistan. A high-powered delegation is accompanying him.

During his visit, Prime Minister Kobyakov will hold meetings with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain.

The two sides will discuss bilateral relations, regional situation and international issues.

Prime Minister Sharif will host a luncheon while President Mamnoon Hussain will also host a banquet in honour of the visiting prime minister. Several agreements and MoUs are expected to be signed between Pakistan and Belarus during Kobyakov’s visit.
