Additional Session Court (SC) of Islamabad on Saturday ordered to write hospital and doctor’s name on the medical report of former president Pervez Musharrf in Lal Masjid cleric Abdul Rashid Ghazi murder case.
Additional session judge, Pervaiz Qadir Memon was hearing the case.
Malik Tahir advocate of former president told the court that Musharraf is not able to walk due to back pain as, medical board has advised him to have complete rest and his request of permanent immunity from attending the court hearing should be accepted.
Lawyer of Lal masjid foundation, Tariq Asad said that the medical report which was presented in the court should be investigated. Later, the court adjourned the hearing till 14 November.
