A woman was allegedly killed in Saddar police premises.
Farooq, a resident of Girja Ghar, lodged a complaint with the local police that his wife Shazia Bibi went to fields for work but did not return home. He told the police when he went to fields behind her, he found her wife lying in a pool of blood and her neck was pierced by sharp weapon.
The body was shifted to District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) for medico-legal formalities. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
