A female student was killed on road after a speeding van hit her car within the Saddar police jurisdiction.
Abdur Rauf, a resident of Saddar, lodged a complaint with the local police that his sister, Noreen, 21, a BA student, was passing through a local market in her car when an unidentified speeding van rammed into her car from behind and killed her, the driver fled the scene.
The body was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital for medico-legal formalities. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
