An Anti-Terrorism Court in Karachi on Saturday indicted the main accused in Hamza Ahmed murder case.
16-year old Hamza Ahmed, was an O-level student.
He was allegedly killed by Ammal Rehman, a security guard of Hamza’s fellow student Shoaib Naveed, son of a businessman. He was killed outside a restaurant in Karachi’s DHA Phase-II in April 2013.
The gruesome murder had sparked outcry from the people. They demanded harsh punishment for the culprits.
The court summoned the witnesses in the case on next hearing and set the date for November 21.
Security guard Ammal Rehman was still at large, as the court had been constantly issuing non-bailable warrants of arrest against him.
