In a major operation, police apprehended five suspects for allegedly possessing illegal weapons and drugs in Rawalpindi.
Acting on a tip-off, police raided areas of Gujar Khan, Taxila, and Kahuta, arresting five suspects and recovering four liquor bottles, 15 rounds of 30 bore pistol, one knife and one stolen Mehran car from their possession.
The detained suspects have been identified as Sarfaraz Maseeh, Zulqarnain Haider, Sohail Nasir, Khurram Noor and Yasir.
The police have registered cases against the suspects and launched the investigation.
