Cricket lovers protest against Shiv Sena’s extremists

Cricket lovers of Lahore and Gujranwala on Tuesday staged protest by setting effigy of Indian extremists of Shiv Sena on fire and chanting slogans against the extremists and in favour of PCB chairman Shehryar Khan and Najam Sethi.

As per details, cricket lovers and players of different cricket clubs staged protest outside Ghaddafi Stadium and chanted slogans in favour of cricket and against the leaders of Shive Sena. They condemned the assault on Indian Cricket Board by Shive Sena’s supporters.

At Satellite Town in Gujranwala, civil society, lawyers and Anjuman Tajran held a protest and chanted slogans against the extremists who attacked the Indian Cricket Board.

Protesters demanded the world powers to ensure security of minorities in India. They said extremist Hindus had put life of Muslims in danger in India. They also condemned the issuance of threats by the extremists to PCB chairman.
