The Special Police Unit (SPU) of Mardan arrested two terrorists besides recovering weapons and hand grenades from their possession here on Tuesday.
According to the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) the men of SPU responding to a tip-off launched crackdown in College Chowk locality of Mardan during which two terrorists were apprehended.
The police recovered heavy, automated weapons and two hand grenades from the possession of the detainees who have been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
