At least 33 dispensaries established under federal government polyclinic hospital for Out Door Patients (OPD) in federal capital are lacking ambulance facility.
23 dispensaries among them have been set up for elite class and merely 10 for providing treatment to general public.
Dispensaries set up for elite class include President house, PM house, FBR, Pak secretariat, Parliament lodges, Foreign office, Election Commission, Cabinet block and AJP like institutions.
The middle class are facing serious medical treatment related problems as only 10 dispensaries are operating in Islamabad with only one doctor appointed there and in case of emergency no substitute arrangement has been made for providing them treatment.
