Rangers arrest four terrorists from Sultanabad area

Rangers conducted a search operation in Karachi’s Sultan Abad area on Sunday and arrested at least four terrorists involved in attacks on security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

All the four terrorists are from Waziristan and belonged to a banned outfit. They managed to come here after they escaped from operation Zarb-e-Azb. One of the suspects Badshah Khan was nabbed in injured condition.

On the other hand, police detained a member of Lyari gang war in Baldia Town. According to Superintendent Police (SP) Baldia, culprit Shah Nawaz was involved in various extortion activities.

Three suspects were also arrested from Mubaina Town. Besides this, unidentified men opened fire on a sub-inspector on Hub River Road and wounded him. Police stated that the sub-inspector was deployed in traffic police and was shifted to a hospital for medical assistance.
