Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday indicted two Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) workers, Ubaid alias K2 and Nadir Shah.
Both were indicted in the murder of 200 policemen. They were arrested during the 11 March Rangers raid at MQM headquarters Nine Zero.
K2 and Shah had been identified by witnesses in court in the murder cases. The case was registered against both suspects in the soldier Police station, Karachi; both workers have denied the allegations.
Meanwhile, ATC in Karachi on Saturday approved the charge sheet against three alleged Indian spies. The alleged Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) agents, Challans against Tahir aka Lamba, Imtiaz aka Guddu and Junaid, were presented before the ATC in Karachi and will likely be indicted on the next hearing.
According to their Challan, the suspects were detained from the Super Highway in the wee hours of 29 April and illegal arms, ammunition and explosive material was seized from them.
